Bidrage med feedbackThis is one of my regular hunting. it offers something different and is more like eating on the streets in mumbai. eating is cheap, but good.
It is simply delicious South Indian street to eat. where all locals go. that's for itself.
Great dosas and curries. we love this little jewel. if they are looking for fresh South Indian food, this is the place.
When we first went to sukh sagar, I wanted the masala dosa and the aubergine bowl and I was thrilled with them. the dosa comes from the kitchen that looks like a magic golden scroll: they expect that they contain the ten baws, or something. at least as important. and it eats as good as it looks: no disappointment lurks in its deep, thanks to the heavens! the auberginal dish is glorious: discs of auberginen with a light crusty texture, in yogurt we also had vada secluded, a nice dish with similar instructions to the dosa, but considerable where the dosa is airy, and we should have stopped there, but had ordered him own vegetables hariyali, so we had to eat it, not we. we had also ordered a crippled salted leti (for we could have felt what was like an enormous amount of food. then we got into the night, eat well with our food. quickly forward a week or so, and the families of the states visited, so back to sukh sagar we went. this time I was warned (sorta), and I explained to our believers that in this food is too much more than we needed. I urged her to moderate. that said not earlier than ignored! we had to have masala dosa (I had been begging about it for days) , we need to have the auberginen chefs special. the kitchen came eagerly in the spirit of everything, and the aubergine had four pieces of auberginen, not the usual three. two people ordered this puri, and I couldn't help them both, could I? I think a crazy dal makhani has ordered, and I was crazy and commanded shahi panir along with the young one of leti. There were four of us, all great people, but that was just too much for us. We ate bravely and managed to throttle an unnecessary kulfi that the sweet people in the kitchen have sent out with four spoons and extra little ones. I look forward to the return tonight, if I hope to be better, but I really want to try the pani puri.
Wanted to try some really nice authentic Indian Veg food and was recommended this place by the Concierge. Sadly, left totally disappointed as the quality of food was well below par and the standard of hygiene certainly needs to improve...BIG TIME!!! If you can get...my drift? With ONLY staff on duty they literally had to turn away over guests during the hour that we were there as they just could not handle the rush as apparently Chef walked out staff didn't show up to work. As a result every table was dirty and nobody to even clean the dishes as the Kitchen hand was serving us!!! Overall
