To change we have booked outside the city of sarlat to avoid the crowd and the urban restaurants. We arrived before and took the aero - little choice. No ice to put in a pastis. We have been recommended to take "a slate" which includes all of a sudden, foie gras, confit, cheese - it is not a good idea at all, there is a very long wait (when there are not many people), and finally we are used all of a sudden, the entrance the dish and the dessert.Not to mention that the products are not particularly exceptional.
