Subway - Prior Lake

The restaurant is consistently clean and the staff are always fast and polite whenever I go there.

This restaurant should shut down. The employees and food service are terrible. I used to be a regular customer, but now it's just unpleasant. My food was even microwaved last time. This time, there was a hair in my sandwich and they forgot the ham. It seems like they have trouble with simple tasks like reading too.

They have improved 1000% at this subway. Used to be long wait poor service by young folks who could care less. Now has changed. 1st when you order thru drive thru its on a touch screen so it goes faster. It was east to use. And helped line moved faster aswhen you got to window all you had to do was pay. Slick! Service was fast and personable and thr sandwiches were correct andwell made.

There was nobody else at this subway when I ordered (with the touchscreen drivethru menu) a Toasted spicy Italian, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, banana peppers, mayo, oil, and vinegar. Made sure everything was correct on the touchscreen. What I got fromthe two young guys working there was a non-toasted and cold spicy Italian, with American cheese instead of pepper jack, no mayo,no oil, and no vinegar. They got the lettuce and banana peppers right, but I guess they thought I needed to branch out of mycomfort zone and try something new, because they also added onions and pickles to my sub..? As I used to work in the fast foodindustry for years, I'm not sure how or why it's so hard to read an order off a screen when the store is completely dead at thetime. I never review anything, but this was just too bad not to.

I arrived at this restaurant an hour before it closed. I placed my order through the drive-thru kiosk and waited at the window for almost 10 minutes. There didn't seem to be any staff present at first, even though I could see other customers inside. Eventually, two young men came out from the back and quickly served everyone. The sandwich I ordered was delicious, and it seemed like they added extra meat because it was thicker than usual. Overall, my experience was good.
