Customer service stinks; the staff is unpleasant to treat! Supervisor has a hard time to deal with small problems and likes to intensify a small problem into a larger result without taking into account future consequences!

We started with the Porkshire filled Yorkshire puddings, which were nice. The Irish Hand Pies (aka Pasties) were okay, while the steak and mushroom pots were tasty but a bit too salty for my liking. My adult son liked the crispy chicken burger. The beer selection included authentic keg Kilkenny and Smithwick's, as well as Strongbow cider for my wife. The atmosphere had the usual loud background music, but the service at the bar was friendly. In total, for three people, 1 appetizer, and 4 pints, the bill came to $145, which was not a bargain.

We visited this restaurant on 23/22. April at about 4:45. We went in, the girls behind the bar said hi to us when we entered. The place was empty. We sat on our table for 10-15 minutes and waited for a server to come over. Not one, of what seemed four girls ‘work’, harassed. A girl watched us occasionally, but her phone seemed more important. I know that maybe all four girls weren't on duty to serve tables, but you would think they might have remembered the person who would have served our table that they were waiting customers but no! They seemed too busy to visit each other and on their phones. We were totally ignored! And they seemed so surprised when we got up and left, and we are quite indifferent when we lose customers?! We went to Mr. Mikes! Mr. Mikes was packed, but within 5 minutes we had a table, our drinks were on the way and our food order was already taken!! Well done, Mr. Mikes! Strong proposal: SKIP THE BLACK CLOVER!!! Get your dinner elsewhere! Something!

Loved the burgers and drinks! Love the atmosphere. Such a sweet little jewel. Right near the Hyatt hotel where we lived! Come on!

Took a friend for supper at the Black Clover Pub. Wohoo! Great food, terrific service and good prices. Was a busy place, but would definitely recommend.
