Boston Pizza - Prince George

We have been dining at BP for many years and have always enjoyed our meals. However, during our last visit on February 28th, I couldn't help but notice how dirty it was inside. We were seated at a table near the kitchen and I observed a layer of dust on the counter where the waitress was cleaning the menus. Looking up, I saw that the heat ducts were covered in thick dust, with long strands hanging out of the vents. The wall above the kitchen entrance was also covered in these long dust strands. Additionally, the partial wall next to our table had ketchup splattered on it, indicating that it had been there for some time.

It was ok. Only the pub side was available, we aren't drinkers so we didnt matter as much. I tipped too much I think.

I went on a date night with my husband and had a delicious dinner. The server was amazing in assisting us with deciding what to order. The food was hot and fresh. I will definitely be returning!

Went with my family sat for 40 minutes without being acknowledged by the waitress, finally someone came and took our drink order and said the waitress would be right with us. Sat for another while and watched 4 families being served. Our server was supposed to be Faith and she didn't even look at us but walked by like 20x. Horrible service.

For a short staffed place they actually get you your food at a decent time, even though my waitress didn't check on us throughout our meal and also messed up my order a bit , it's always been a good experience and she just gave me my meal for free!! They really do try to go above and beyond for how busy they always are!!
