Mcdonald's - Price

Love this McDonald's they have woundful service everytime I go there and shannon and Rachel and Kat and Kyle are my favorite Manger by far they are very nice and try to fix the issue

I literally sat in the drive through waiting for over 20 minutes this morning 1/31/23 multiple cars left behind me with their food. I had to leave because it was now putting me behind. I watched car after car go all morning with their food and drinks. The lady brought out the wrong order after letting her know what I got. I am very frustrated. This is poor customer service. Then the lady said my order just have been erased?? I asked for a manager and she did not get me one.

The service at this location is by far the worst I've ever experienced at any fast food chain. If your wanting food faster that 20 mins go sit at one of our local restaurants because I promise you that your going to be ahead

We waited almost 20 minutes for our food in the drive-through. Then the order was wrong. I went on the store and told them they had shorted us two cheese burgers. They handed me what i thought was two cheese burgers turned out to be a spicy chicken and a special order cheese burger. Some poor guy probably got a wrong order as well.

Not one order comes out right, food is cold or old and it takes 45mins through drive thru to get food you guys need to step your game up this is ridiculous.
