The Eat Well - Preston

Updated before I updated my review, I wanted to try a few more times to make an accurate update. I love this place. the Italian burger is to die for .. it's full of taste I feel like I'm naughty if it's really so good. another one of my favorites- our taste especially when I had a training, it is a nice tasty that is not too bad. just what I don't really have a fan of is the sweet potato frits, I think it's personal preference, but with some sauce they are okies for anyone like me who is not very good to stick to your diet, this place is great because it's a takeaway where you can be good. all foods are full of taste and the fact that they tell them the nutritional information is great because they know exactly what goes in their bodies. if I could afford it, I would definitely have the meal prep *old review* after my education today I was really looking for cowardice to eat well meal. my delivery time was 21.15 and arrived only after half 9 what I was cheating, but you know these things happen when their busy night. I had still expected good things when it finally arrived. when it came, the taste was really good and they were really delicious, it was just a shame that my meal (one all in a box and waffel) were both cold. that was okies for my noodles I could put them in the microwave, but my waffel had yogurt on it so that not to warm up that on. I am quite disappointed and if it were hot, it would have been a 5. *

This place is what was missing from preston city center, as most places of which they eat are only waste and only do bad eating habits. many choices, sides and vegetables are always fresh, meat is perfectly cooked. I come to my lunch every day when I am working and did that, as it opened and I still not tired of being proper clean whole food at a reasonable price they really cannot rub. the employees are always super friendly, nothing but good moods of all who work here. 10/10 no bad word to say.

Love this place! beautiful, vegi and vegan options to see. a few times ordered and was always really nice and fresh, delivery is always in good time. the only thing I didn't like, but it's personal preference and I just 't have again, the sugar-free sauces have a very strong 'sugar free' taste, but apart from that I recommend this place very much!

The first time I ordered from here and just the best part I had. ordered a tikka kebab, steak and cheese pack, lean meat burger and regular sweet potatoes. we shared it between us and everything was delicious. but the steak and cheese pack was something else! definitely is happy to try more eating from here.

Great place. Fab options on the menu. Good prices for healthy food to eat in, take away or have delivered. Me and Nordic Walking Preston recommend it
