Mcdonald's - Presque Isle

Went for lunch with work colleagues. I had a pretty easy order so I thought. Everyone was done eating and they hadn’t even started mine. Nobody could seem to figure it out. I asked for my money and they even shorted me on that. Sorry I was such an inconvenience but you want so much money in wages then get it together. My grams in law, my daughter and I all stopped here to get a lil snack before we headed home and the girl I think her name is Sara messed up my gram in laws order, she did get the whole meal, and I usually get what I get andi didn't, plz have a better person wsiting on ur customers besides that Sara.

The place is just so dirty. I made a comment to the cashier about a soda spill at the front door, someone came and mopped it but totally ignored the fact the trash was overflowing the soda counter is nasty sticky. I would say the last visit was better than previous visits. They got our order right. And they handled a whole bus of kids during that time rather fast. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
