Subway - Prescott

I ordered a Meatball Sandwich. He gave me your Meatballer. Not what I ordered. So it comes with spicy pepperoni and mozzarella. The spicy pepperoni was way to hot for me. I threw the other half away. Then I was sick for two days with nausea and Diarrhea. They should warn you if something is spicy. I have Gastro Reflux so it kept coming up into my throat. Very poor customer service. I asked if this was just similar to the meatball and he said yes. Dietary restrictions: I suffer from GURD. "acidic secretions of the stomach can reflux back upwards. So that spicy pepperoni was with me for two days. If you are going to have a new sandwich warn customers if its spicy.

Out of tomato’s, spinach, guacamole, almost no marinara sauce...... if you want toppings for you sand which don’t go here. Someone needs to learn how to order product quantities properly.

My husband and I ordered our steak and cheese and cold cut combo subs in store. The young lady behind the counter was polite as well as quick and efficient with the service.

Good service. There was a new employee on, but he did well, and practise makes perfect.
