Firehouse Sub is a really good sandwich place I come here all the time. the staff during the day is wonderful. One of the workers' names Kayla brings you preliminary food with a smile. Lauren the cashier will treat u how ur her friend the GM always has a smile and inviting. But the nightworkers have to go or just a shithead that makes the kids bad things about the first job. So last night I came in for the first time and it was about 6:00 everything was thrown away. I said I couldn't order a sandwich, just soup or a meatball, because all steamers were shut off. I really said his only 6 and I close boys 9 but the man said yes, she had inventory to do and she didn't feel good. Better Night Manger might have the girl in the morning do it because they know what they do, they earn a good job girl keeping it on

We've been in this place for 5 years. Had lunch here a few months ago and it was wonderful!! A few days ago, everything went downhill. It looks like a new staff. None of them know what they do. I have my very simple order wrong. Place was a mess and the worker cut bread without gloves. When I pointed it to the checkout, she rolled her eyes and told them to wear gloves. When I asked what happened to the old staff, they told me that the whole crew went out after the owner had not paid them in time. Then he fired the managers in retaliation! If he treats his employees like this, I will not give him my money!!

The food has always been top. Service is accommodating and fast. I like the wide range of drinks.

What happened to the big sub-rolls they used to have? These new subrollers are half dry and flocculent. Seems employees can pay more attention when preparing your order. Service and food not what it used to be.
