China Buffet - Prescott

I took my service dog today and will never go again. They tried to put me in the back room and then when I said no they hid me in the back of the restaurant, against the law. The waitress ignored us most of the time and rude the rest of the time, she was sure nice to everyone else. When I went to get my food I was asked to take my dog back and leave her at the table while I got my food, against the law. When I asked for the manager I was told there was not one on duty on weekends, right, they knew they would get in trouble. Now I can't find the main office contact info. I will never go again.
