Run away!!! this place if you don't want to have the worst experience of your life I booked full board already the room had a very disgusting smell despite the use of air freshener no information on arrival I asked a personal who told me that breakfast is from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the latest I arrive at 10:20 a.m. I am told that the service is over I still go to see the manager so that we can at least give something to eat my children who are between 20 months and 9 years old she informs me that she is going to a meeting but that she sends me someone so that my children can eat I waited 15 minutes no one came my kids didn't eat until 12:45 and the worst the person who told me retracts and changes the version only one never come to this place BELIEVE ME!

Bedbugs in the room!!!! I had to leave the room at 2 a.m....I'm still waiting for the manager's call. Never again in my life but never, ever will I set foot in this place.
