Chappy's Deli - Prattville

Great for breakfast, lunch or supper. Casual dining for sandwiches and salads is their deal.

I ordered Chappy's Deli for breakfast online and picked it up. I got the breakfast sampler, which was mediocre, and my eggs were undercooked. I also feel like some items were lacking in quantity; my bacon was cut into small strips that were almost bite-sized. My food was ready when I went there, and there was a separate entrance for those eating Chappy's to go. There weren't any COVID precautions, but ordering online is an option for less interaction and less time in the restaurant. My meal was only around ten dollars, but I do feel that the quality could have been better.

Chicken cheesesteak was hot and fresh. The flavor of the sandwich is so good especially with the onions and green bell on the sandwich. Customer service was good.

I had previously left a review for this place that wasn't very favorable towards them but after I also emailed them about the experience the owner of Chappys called me today to sincerely personally apologize for what happened on my last visit here and is refunding my money and wanting me to give them another chance, I sincerely appreciated that so much! You don't often get this type of thing from any dining establishment and it's very refreshing. Thank you Chappys for making this right!
