Bidrage med feedbackThis place turned around the worse last year. I stopped a few weeks ago to pick up a pizza and was told there was a 40-minute waiting time. I left. We used the app last night to order before an ultimate peak, a slice and stix half pepperoni, half cheese sticks. The highest was boiled and shortened to ingredients. The discs and Stix were fit. I won't use this place anymore.
No one in line or business took 10 minutes to come to Witwe. Did you have 10 minutes? 1/2 hour later came with just a part of my order said, give me more time It was 45 minutes I stopped because it should be fast
Last time (3 or 4) I came here, I waited 15-20 minutes at the window and nobody would come by. They even pass the window and look at me, but go on. Once I came a few hours before the lock, they put a note on the window and said they had no orders. I assume that this location will be closed within the year, unless the operational problems are resolved. My neighbours had similar experiences. I like little Caesars and wish that's not the case.
Definitely not a deep dish. The dough is raw. Went back to store. The pizza should be a deep dish, 3 meats. Crispy pages....8 pieces.... I spoke to team and was told because half was eaten, they couldn't forget that it was raw. Not sure if half of 8 equals 6. Maybe the reason why the pizza is round and not square?? I talked to GM, no help. And apparently the director was there. It was said I met him, but not sure when. He obviously didn't want to help. I understand politics, but be a little professional and stand through your product....honor your policy. And for heaven's sake learn division.
Ordered and paid for pizzas through the app 2 weeks ago , went to store to pick up. We do this almost every Friday night. But this time there was a totally vacant parking lot and front door was locked. I waited. Finally an employee came to the door , told me and another customer who had arrived that they had no pizza dough and couldn?t serve us. At 6:30pm on a Friday night. And that we would be refunded in 2 days. Guess what? No refund. Have filed multiple feedback reports to corporate site but no answer. No one answers phone here. So yeah shady shady shady management/franchisee here.
