Jim's Razorback Pizza - Prairie Grove

Years ago, I loved coming here, but moved away. I've been working here for a short time. I moved back and the service is on the hill. Three times I was here and every three times it wasn't busy and they took about 10-15 minutes to greet me after I set myself. But because the food was still good, I shaved it away. Today was terrible. They took 15 minutes to welcome us and after 30 minutes waiting for my pizza after the order I asked if I could just cancel my order and go. This is a 45-minute waiting period. She said they just pulled it out of the oven, so I waited. I was with two young hungry children and my sister. Then we get the pizza and it's understated, soggy and chaotic. The toppings slipped off immediately and it was super soggy. This is a thin crust pizza, so no excuse for the saucer. I can only imagine they threw it out since I wanted to cancel my order. I waited for the waitress, but she never came back to our table, so I was looking for a waitress instead. They charged us the $19 for the two salad bars and drinks, but the pizza removed. They had an attitude that did this and brought them to where I will no longer come into this institution.

This time the service could have been better! I love the Cavatelli, salad bar and garlic bread?! But above all, I love people? I had a great time to listen to the kitchen staff and enjoy themselves while they work!

40 minutes to get our food. The waitress just walked around not doing anything. Then bring food out and my sandwich is wrong.

I have to say that I was very disappointed with our visit this evening. Our Tween server was preoccupied with other things in the store to take our order. She actually looked away while we talked to her and 3 of our 6 party had to order more than once before she even recognized us. After everything she still has our order wrong. 1 person got a refill, and the salad bar was terrible. It felt like we spent $77 on bad food and terrible service.

Drove 20 minutes to pick up my large pepperoni pizza with thick crust (ordered it that way on the phone). Got home and it was paper-thin crust. Called them to ask what happened and they said they don't make large pizzas with thick crust, they only make them with thin crust. They should have disclosed this on the phone when I ordered a large pizza with thick crust.
