I wanted to stop by Potraviny for a quick lunch. The restaurant had a great variety of vegan options and the salads on display were very appealing. However, when I asked the lady at the counter if she spoke English (in Czech), she said no and completely disregarded me. This language barrier was unusual for me in Prague, as the staff are typically very accommodating. Ultimately, I left without making a purchase.

Small business, but large selection of items to make picnicing/self catering, which is somewhat easier! workers help vegan/non vegan foods. traditional Czech specialties were recognized alongside internationally. salat bar selection to go to delicious salads.

Expected this to be a shop but apart from a great selection of food stuffs it also does some great fast vegan food. The soup was perfect for a little pre lunch stopover. A little out of the centre but very close by are also a branch of Loving Hut and Govindas.
