Bidrage med feedbackWe came in September 2020, we couldn't eat at night (full, so, as we planned to return to LANGOGNE and PRADELLES du Tarn spend a few days, I phoned 15 days before to book, I was told no room (for Saturday 10 July 2021 in the evening, when we stayed at the hotel le Ponant, it's no extraordinary place. I don't know how many days in advance you have to book a table!!!!! We were very disappointed. Lydiane.
We went there to diner, we were close to the fenetre with a view of the valley of the gévaudan, it was a pleasant and gourmet moment with simple products a tasty cuisine, like the salad of lentils of the puy, then a hog with a good accompaniment of fries or vegetables it was delicious more the waitress was in small care with us, smiling and welcoming.
We booked an evening with friends. We were able to settle on the edge of glass bay where the view is unbeatable. I could even take a picture of the sunset. As soon as we arrived the waitress turned out to be very friendly and adventurous. The choice between the menus is limited but everything is homemade and the taste is there. The menu price is very reasonable for an entry, a dish and a dessert, it will cost you between 14 and 16 €. I can assure you that the plates have been made clean! lentils are perfectly well cooked, just in point, accompanied by red beet and balsamic vinegar. It's a real delight. We chose a delicious local paste and a pork stew to fall. Only small flat in the menus, there is no fish, if you don't like meat... Bravo to the chef who came to explain the dishes and the waitress who is adorable. Keep going! We'll be back soon to taste the other menus!
We were all sick with the mussels. Don't! What a bad idea. Maigres the kindness of the staff we will obviously not return
It is obvious that the current crisis has blown a hell of a blow to this local food establishment with a superb view of the valley ...Many tourist-managers stopped here.. of the premises ..but from all this has calmed down and this place has difficulty recovering...the map was already unattractive .. lilies. Sausages. Provencal dumb? Is a return possible with a *real* lozerian cuisine?
