Delusissima from the club and especially from the organization, me and 4 other friends went on Thursday evening with only 10 minutes delay from the established time of booking, they discarded us after telling us that the table was no longer reserved to us in case of delay, but clearly they did not mention it during the reservation. The outside staff told us to turn to the inside room to try to get in, but calling on the number of the room actually on the phone told us to talk to the staff outside instead! We were discarded and then made access to the "local" (at the Italian karaoke evening) only those who had knowledge with the organizers! An experience we will certainly not repeat. I would recommend to the local to devote more selection than to the people who access the premises, but above all on those who take care of the entrance, so as to also give a better image to the local, firstly preferring the recruitment of those who know how to provide information at least with a correct Italian, to the groups present at the entrance. Moreover, not of minor importance, are to be reviewed surely the manners, with which it is addressed to the customer who presents himself at the entrance. So in a local that prefers this type of selection, I would advise you to start doing it first on who is hired!
