Booked a room in desperation having messed up a booking elsewhere. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Beer was very well kept. Room was revolting. Sash window was broken and had to be held open with a coat hanger. Situated over the kitchen and the smell of old grease was overwhelming on a hot night. On visiting shower room down a short corridor I nearly brained myself on a low lintel, TWICE no warning signs or padding. You might ask: “What do expect for sixty quid?” more than this!
