Mcdonald's - Powys

This McDonald's location is terrible. After our previous experience, we vowed never to return, so it's really our own fault. The burgers were cold and the fries were undercooked. When we asked the manager if it was possible to have warm food, he just laughed and said we could try. The whole place was chaotic. Save yourself the trouble and head over to Burger King across the street instead.

I went to this restaurant for breakfast to meet a friend. The breakfast was great, but they forgot to serve the hash brown that I ordered. Additionally, we stayed longer than the allotted 90 minutes and were fined £50. I was very disappointed with the experience.

This is the worst McDonald's that I have ever eaten at. I would rather skip a meal than eat there again. The fries were undercooked, there were unidentified particles in my drink, and the burger did not taste as good as it usually does from a McDonald's.

Sent my 11 year old in for drinks half an hours wait and she was shortchanged. Not the first time.

Just want to say how lovely it was to visit a McDonald’s and have staff who care about their customers. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Food was great, but the service was amazing. Especially the gentleman who I think was called LK.
