We regularly visit for a curry. We were not dissapointed agian, the food was really good. The CHef learned to cook curry in India and it shows. The flavour was really good. Nice warm welcome and good service. See you all soon.

Warm and friendly small hotel( 4 rooms I believe)…very clean and comfortable.Hosts were very friendly without being over bearing!! Lovely family

Stayed here last weekend....our second visit, forgot what a wonderful place this is, but so glad we went back and we will definitely be returning! Had beautiful home cooked food on the Sat night, followed by a top quality breakfast the next morning. The rooms are perfect, full of character, sumptuous beds and everything is spotlessly clean. The locals in the bar are a great friendly bunch but it's the lovely hosts that make the place....definitely recommend!

My bloke booked here as a last minute idea as we was going to the Royal WelshShow the next day...This place is lovely the people who owe it are lovely and made us feel welcome...We had a lovely night here room was lovely and clean we stoped in the house next door to the pub Bedroom 1 right next to the main road but we slept really well the traffic didn't keep us awake at all we had the window wide open all night as it was really hot night ....The food was outstanding..evening meal was fantastic.. The breakfast was fantastic... We most definitely well be coming back here again.. See u all soo and thank u again...

I stayed at the Lion Hotel for one night during my charity cycle trip from Lands End to John O'Groats and Three Peaks. There are limited accommodation options in mid-Wales, but the Lion Hotel was a fantastic find. I received a warm welcome, enjoyed a great atmosphere, delicious food, excellent WiFi, and stayed in comfortable, well-appointed rooms. The staff were accommodating with my unique requests as a long-distance cyclist, including bike storage, an early breakfast, a pint of milk, and even a packed lunch. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again if I pass through this area in the future.
