I absolutely adore this pub! It has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. The staff always provide top-notch service and the food is absolutely delicious. The pub is also dog-friendly and very accommodating for children.

My family of 7 visited this charming little pub yesterday while in Newton. The staff welcomed us on short notice, even allowing our dog to join. The food was delicious and plentiful. Our dog, Bobby, especially enjoyed his chicken nuggets. The staff were friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

During our holiday in Newtown, my family and I visited this restaurant and were greeted warmly by the owners and a young lady who took our orders. The entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant experience. They even welcomed our staffy and showered him with attention, even giving him some chicken nuggets which he enjoyed. The food was delicious, served hot and quickly, and it was evident that it was fresh and homemade. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. We had a fantastic evening with no complaints and would definitely return and recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially if you're looking for a pet-friendly dining option. Many thanks to the staff for a wonderful experience.

We visited today for Sunday lunch. 5 adults and two toddlers. Our group was seated promptly, drinks sorted immediately, and once settled we were directed to the carvery. The beef had been cooked to perfection, and the vegetables were as if cooked at home. This was as good a carvery as we have ever had. The staff were friendly and attentive. The bill for food and drinks was great value. Would recommend this place without hesitation.

We had the Sunday carvery at The Kerry Lamb today (25th September 2022). The food was excellent- we both had roast beef with a really good selection of vegetables. The staff were helpful, the place comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean. Can highly recommend.
