Wendy's - Powder Springs

This is the cleanest Wendy’s I’ve been in! The manager is amazing and so kind. She makes sure you are taken care of. I appreciate her.Dietary restrictions: Options for people who are trying to eat healthy.

Watched 3 people eating while taking orders and preparing food. Girl with long blue braids was eating fries out of the heater area. Guy making a bowl of chili saying he wouldn’t eat “this slop”. Guy at the door smoking a cigarette with his headset on for taking orders. Left without my order. Won’t be back.

My burgers were not cooked they were nearly raw. Didn’t know until I got home with them. I should have known better since the car I front of me returned their entire order and waited for another to be prepared. This location will not see me again. Lazy is the only word I can think of.

Told to pull ahead to wait for a wrap..10 minutes and then the wrap was cold..terrible service and

They close earlier than their posted hours. I stopped in on a Friday night and they turned me away and a couple other cars in the drive-thru.
