The food here is expertly seasoned to perfection they have the best rice w/gungo peas I've tasted in a long time! I've eaten at all the other Jamaican restaurants in Poughkeepsie none is better than this. That being said, it's not affordable enough for me to eat there regularly. I understand they can charge as much as they do because they have the ideally convenient location for staff at Vassar Bros. Hospital to grab a quick meal on their break. I don't blame them -that's business! But until I make a doctor's salary, I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

Let talk about atmosphere no jamaica vibe or jam around. Very disorganized . People in the pictures on the wall is no where to be found. Jerk chicken has too much salt. Me nah want dat. But di beef patty on point!!!!! Flaky and luscious

You can tell alot of heart and Soul is put into the Food ,Very traditional spices, Sophia was cooking over stove while video chatting with her Seventy something year old mom not to much spice she was saying Food is Great recommended highly!!

Great place to eat, especially if you are missing the authentic taste of a Jamaican meal. Cooked with real Jamaican flavour and love .

The food taste good, but customer service SUCKS!!! you are there standing in line waiting to place your order and they treat you like your invisible and take the person that comes in after you, no matter how good your food is if your customer service is horrible then your food instantly becomes horrible. One shall chase a thousand but two puts ten thousand to flight. CUSTOMERS CAN BUILD YOUR BUSINESS, BUT THEY CAN TEAR IT DOWN!!
