Kobe Hibachi Sushi Asian Cuisine

The service took forever. We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation, and it took about an hour for all our food to arrive. The sushi was quite mediocre, and the raw fish didn’t meet expectations.

When a reservation for 6:15 PM gets pushed back to 7:20 PM, I don't think a complimentary order of spring rolls that we didn't even ask for is sufficient. We were hoping for a discount on something we actually ordered instead.

This was our first visit, and we definitely plan to return. The restaurant resembles the traditional Japanese steakhouse, whose name translates to "Safflower" in English. Dining here is a fun experience…
