Carvel - Poughkeepsie

Carvel Ice cream doesn't disappoint. The soft serve is thick and is a tier above anything else. As much as I do enjoy Carvel, it's a treat reserved for once in a while because it's fairly pricey. $4.35 for a small plain vanilla... yikes. ????

I just called and the staff were extremely rude on the phone. They couldn?t answer a simple question without giving extreme attitude. This was only a half hour after they opened as well. So it wasn?t like they had a long stressful day. They seem like they really hate their lives and jobs and have horrible customer service

I?m from out of town they don?t have Carvel but when I come here I always come here! I love their soft serve with sprinkles. Good quality ice cream. Service was good also. We went on Wednesdays it was buy one Sunday get one free. Score!

Store closes at 9, so we stopped by after a fun evening at bounce. Arrived at 8:50 and were advised that even though all the lights were on, and the open sign was lit; all machines had been shut down and we couldn?t get ice cream. Had two disappointed kids!!

Horrible. We came on a Sunday, 4/25/21 at around 5:30. Person behind the counter was clearly in a rush and didn?t want to be there. Ordered two Carvelanches which were pathetically made. The small wasn?t even filled 3/4 of the way and the large was filled with what looks like was a small. When questioned about the size, we were told, ?all of them have the same amount of ice cream.? So why am I paying for a large when a small has the same amount of ice cream? Literally ended
