Ice House - Pottstown

Everytime I order, something wrong. I order itl. Hoagie, they give me turkey, burnt chx fingers no sauce. Bytes are over cooked too.

New management? Used to do takeout twice a week, 50 bucks, was worth it, it was really good and plentiful. Not anymore! Now the items are so much smaller and way less plentiful than it was. Time for a new spot. What a real shame.

Today I placed my last order with Ice House. There's been too many issues with my orders to continue paying these prices. My last order was a hoagie, for pickup, and was missing lettuce, mayo, and oil. Then today, I pay $60+ for delivery. My $60+ experience got me 12 bland (supposed to be mild) wings, a cold pizza, and a hoagie that was delivered 20 mins. after the designated delivery time. I'll save some money and eat at home. At least my DiGiorno will be hot.

Wonderful experience. Staff was attentive and food was delicious. I wouldn't say world famous wings but the mix of mild and creamy garlic sauce made it all better! They could have been crispier. Very small wings. Overall wonderful food and experience. Definitely recommended.

It was very dirty, my food came out cold, and there was hair in my food.
