Burger King - Pottstown

Don't go here. The girl in the car was rude. And don't let me start with her wrong eyelashes as if she could fly any moment. Not helpful rude customer service. I worked in fast food, so I know how it is. It's not the first time there was a problem. Get it together I will get in touch with Korp

7:30 am, Saturday night 29. October. Does Burger King's owner or district manager, for the Charlotte Street Pottstown location, know that the dining area is closed? The site says the food is open and when we are here the doors are locked and it is only through. We tried to come here for the last few months on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, and that is what they did these times. We wanted to call tonight to make sure they're dipped and they're not going to the phone. Why would anyone even come here? This is very disappointing and should be addressed or you lose more customers than just us. Left to go somewhere else.

I'd leave a star, but they're ignored. Some of the worst food I've ever had. Order was wrong, food was put together sloppily and barely cooked. This Burger King is so disgusting that only Jeffrey Dahmer could?

Ive gone here more than a handful of times. Every time I?ve actually gotten food here, it?s the slowest line ever. It doesn?t matter if no one is in line. You will order and wait at this first window until you?ve questioned your need for nourishment.

Unbelievably slow. Put my timer on the second I pulled up to the order station and it was 17 minutes, didn?t even get a ?please hold? or anything. People in the other line didn?t get anything either. Zero people ahead of us in the line, can?t take anyones order. Drive off after 17 mins of waiting. Absolutely terrible. Only have it a 2 star cause the food is usually good, but the wait is just absurd. Highly do NOT recommend this place. Even after the very new renovation. Adding another drive thru line made it even slower. Chick fil a in sanatoga is so much faster. McDonald?s in pottstown is much faster. Any place in PA is faster than them. 1/10 for these guys. Jokes.
