ASA Sushi Bar - Potts Point

During my trip in Australia, I was craving spicy food and luckily stumbled upon a place that served Kimchi Udon. The Kyoza Kimchi Udon was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised when they separately packaged the noodles and broth. The sushi rolls were also big and tasty. The staff was friendly and there was a wide variety of menu options. I would love to try the Pork Cutlet Curry next time! As someone who works at a sushi restaurant, I was amazed by how quickly they prepared orders. I had a Kimchi Udon with Kyoza and Sushi rolls. The foods and workers were nice and friendly. Korean-Japanese foods are the best! You guys gotta try this place!

During our recent visit to Sydney, we decided to dine at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the teriyaki chicken we ordered was very dry and the sushi lacked freshness. The seaweed was soggy and unappetizing, and the fish didn't taste good either. We do not recommend this place, especially since the staff was unresponsive when we raised our concerns. It's disappointing to see a business being ruined in this manner. There are plenty of other places in Sydney where you can find better sushi and Japanese cuisine. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

The choice was terrific and my husband was able to choose his favourite . It was available at a time which suited us and it was well packaged.

I tried eating here a couple of times, my hotel just up the street, each time was good. Sushi fresh and tasty. I'm pretty easy to satisfy, the California rolls were excellent. Staff friendly.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly rude and the food was of very low quality. The sushi was not fresh at all, it seemed like it had been sitting there for a while. I ordered the salmon and avocado rolls, which had black bits in the avocado, and the tuna rolls. The chicken katsu roll was so soggy that the seaweed fell off. My friend's teriyaki chicken was very oily, dry, and tasteless. Her plate had a lot of rice but very little chicken. We were disappointed and will not be returning. Thankfully, we didn't get sick from the food.
