Dairy Queen - Potosi

I git a strawberry blizzard and this is the 5th time it's not fully mixed it just takes like vanilla my mix the top of it than that's it if I'm spending 5 bucks on a blizzard it should be made properly yall need to keep a wach on he teens if there doingthere job right

They have honestly never gotten my order completely right. Not one time. Buddy is apparently the manager there, and he is the absolute worst human being I have ever encountered. I would NOT suggest this location to anyone. And only because of Buddy.

Very rude spent 60$ on dinner got mad at us for ordering sundaes which they have for sale! Ordered 4 chicken strip baskets and wouldn't give me ranch because they come with gravy horrible little kids working for restaurants when people are hungry onFriday and work hard and want to feed their children dairy queen but can't because kids are rude!!! And don't need a job theyneed more disapline from their parents

Just visited Potosi DQ, ordered my chicken strips fresh and was given old food and was told it was only a few minutes old. The manager is an older man, and he was so incredibly rude. Said he didn't charge me for fresh food. They are o.k. with handing outdried up food, which was $12 for a meal. The manager wouldn't replace my chicken or refund my money. I was then told the copswould be called. The only reason we have to ask for it fresh is because it's ALWAYS old. I would really like the owner to knowas I do believe this is an independently owned restaurant and because of it I think this terrible service is going unnoticed.

Lady working the window was completely incompetent asked for ranch for my cheese curds and she decided to replace my queso for my pretzel sticks with the ranch instead of giving me both not only that but she rushed me at the speaker
