Istanbul Grill - Portsmouth

The food I ordered never even came I asked to speak to a manager and they refused they’re extremely rude highly recommend people don’t go here I’m out of pocket and have had nothing to show for it if someone knows what I can do please help

I asked for a normal amount of Mayo and it was drenched in Mayo and the coleslaw was tangy along with the Donna smelling funny

I ordered by phone, gave them my card details. They took the money, out of spite they said it was over the correct post code. I now am going hungry because they took the last of my money and they very awquard and rude and basically stole from me. Very angry with Istanbul grill. Order from somewhere else they are dreadful and apparently they have bad hygiene.

We r the biggest pub in Portsmouth and never had a problem ordering b4 from here but tonight big issues with the delivery phoned 3 times to find out where we r post code was given so cancelled ordered on phone to be told the food is going to be wasted and now barred

Ordered through Uber eats. Waited almost two hours. Order delayed and delayed. Then just cancelled. Left disappointed and hangry!!!!
