Efes Kebab - Portsmouth

I have eaten at this restaurant several times and the food has always been good. However, I recently had a disappointing experience when I ordered delivery. I was told it would take an hour, but it actually took 1 hour and 40 minutes for the food to arrive and it was cold. When I called to complain, the person on the phone was not helpful and offered to exchange the food in 30-45 minutes, which was not acceptable as I had other plans. I had to repeatedly explain that the food was cold and did not want to wait another 30 minutes for them to come and pick it up. I would not recommend this restaurant and suggest going elsewhere. I will not be using their services again as there are many other places that do not have such a rude attitude.

I came to portsmouth for a day trip with my family and we ate at efes for dinner time and the quality of eating was really top notch! the children loved the burgers and I and my man loved the donator kebab

I've been eating at efes for years and eating is always delicious! I have friends who come to visit from the city and they have absolutely thrilled eating! definitely recommend!

As a shame as eating was always good. for the second time it took an hour to get there. kebabs were cold. chips were fried several times and were solid as stones and stone cold. I wish I had gone to the local chip shop. will not be back.
