The chicken pliers are the best. The heart-shaped cookies were so good... I wish you had sold them around 1/2 dozen...

I ordered the 10 pieces chicken tender and added the side and 1/2 gallon sweet tea for an additional $3. I asked for potatoes with engraving, the girl gave me my food and I looked into my bag and lacked the engraving, then I had to wait until she came back into the window because she gave me my 1/2 gallon sweet teas. Then she tells me that there is no more half of the gallon of sweet tea and that I would have to get 2 big sweet teas in cups. Why do you have something special? will it not sell as it should? I thought I'd smashed potatoes and it's Cole Slaw I didn't eat Cole Slaw. So I'm annoyed, then I'll look at my chicken pliers and there's 9 pieces instead of 10. Worst experience, so if you? ve was at work all day and just want to eat a bit fast and relax when you come home, you need to do with the order. The crazy thing is they weren't busy, just like they got a simple order wrong.

Food was hot, but not ready. Service was good, but not great. No napkins available for the public

I had to come to this location to get replacement meals that another location totally ruined for my entire family. We came to this location everything was replaced delicious. I'm not sure about the customer service because I only had service from the manager that was there at the moment, Howard was his name I believe (he was pretty nice). But the food was fresh tasted great.

Went through the drive through to place and pick and order. I was told to pull up to the white line. I waited close to 15 minutes before I walked back to the order window. The cashier saw me standing at the window where she had her back to me. I had to knock on the window to get her attention. Was told the order was being processed. I thought I was at a, FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. Total wait time 20 minutes...
