Kraken Fish Chips - Portrush

The Kraken was a great experience. We got fish and chips and chicken tacos. Wow, I can't stop thinking about the tacos and the fish. This place is gluten free which is amazing and the chips were proper chips to enjoy at the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the service was also really good. We had a 30 minute wait, but that shows how popular and must say worth it the food was.

Once again, first class food, which is gluten free, so no missing out on the best tasting fish and chips. The gin and tonic and glass of wine is an added bonus!

We had a mixture of fish and chips, fish tacos and chicken tacos. All were really good quality and very tasty! A special mention must go to the chips which had a nice crispy outside, something you don't normally get from your average chippy! We sat in one of the on-site pods which was nice as it had its own heater, music and a sea view. So, in my opinion, well worth a visit!

It has a cute and cozy vibe, the food was good, but perhaps too intense in flavour for someone who isn’t used to spicy (korean bbq chicken). boyfriend did not enjoy his fish very much, but overall, the experience was nice. staff was polite and friendly, but i can’t give five stars due to the high price of drinks. overall enjoyed my time there, but would come pre-hydrated

Great experience!! Loved sitting in the huts, food was lovely, very reasonable and arrived super fast! Definitely a place we will visit again
