Went for dinner and the view. Pizza base does look pre-made, however of all the pizzas I ate in my 2 weeks in Italy, the Pegaso one was one of the best and cooked perfectly. The pasta dish was also fine. It appears that most restaurants not pizzerias) offering pizza on Elba and indeed all the tourist spots, buy pre-made bases, so whether they are fresh or frozen is irrelevant, it’s all in the cooking. Nice service, water for the dog etc. I would eat there again, no hesitation.
Dear friends, this week I eat to this good restaurant in Elba Island. Food is very good and chef is the same. Restaurant four stars. Go to it!!!! Un saluto Alex

Serata perfetta, tutto molto buono soprattutto i ravioli.. Umberto e' un ottimo padrone di casa.
