Despite being relatively empty, like most places currently, the service was friendly and efficient. The food was incredibly tasty and we were grateful that our table and dietary needs were accommodated, even on a busy night with not-so-great staff. The meal was of excellent quality and the ambiance was wonderful. We recommend requesting a window table if available.

The food and service at this place are excellent, highly recommended. The staff is wonderful and the dining experience was truly enjoyable. We tried the seafood platter with lobster, shrimp, scallops, and abalone - delicious!

Outstanding experience! We celebrated our mother's birthday and it was absolutely amazing. The food and service were phenomenal, they even let us decorate the table and the price for the cake was very reasonable. Big thanks to the team and the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our celebration special. Highly recommend!

The arancini was the best I had eaten. my filet steak was perfect and my man said his pasta was amazing. one of the best meals I had. I wish we had come closer so we could go back. the service was efficient and extremely friendly.

Although the entrance is a bit hidden and obscure for people who have not been before, once entered the staff welcomes you with open arms. Great service and Alana is amazing and she helps you decide what is best for your palate. You can serve...average food but if the customer service is fantastic, it changes everything and vice versa you can serve great food with poor customer service #Rockpool Southbank you will never go back. SO! The food is actually on point and above average, due to Covid the menu is limited to a course set menu for dinner but still lots of options to choose from. Lunch menu is not affected. Enjoyable experience and short walk along the pier after dinner amazing. There are koalas to walk into too if you are lucky just around the corner from this restaurant.
