Hey manager! Staff these people properly! You KNOW it’s a sh storm wait at 9pm, anticipate it! Think of it this way you’re most likely to find more appealing. Save on the payroll cuz these poor people won’t be there so late closing up the chaos that hit them at at the last minute. Sheesh.

It was a long wait in the Drive thru during the lunch hour, but it was good. The strawberry frosty was delicious.

This Wendy's location may not be perfect, but given the challenges they face in this area, I believe they are doing their best. They have implemented some much-needed improvements that are moving them in the right direction. I have had a love-hate relationship with this Wendy's in the past, but today I have shifted to love. The staff seems to have finally found their stride in providing excellent customer service. Recently, my wallet was stolen and one of the employees found it hidden in the boys' bathroom. I was too stressed to leave my phone number as I needed to file a police report and walk home. The Supervisor, Bobbi, went above and beyond by sending someone to my house to bring me back to retrieve my wallet. I am extremely grateful for their help and am happy to see the staff being trustworthy, friendly, and caring towards customers. Thank you!

The Wendy's restaurant is not perfect, but considering the challenges they face with difficult customers, I believe they are doing their best. They have implemented many positive changes that I think are leading them in the right direction. Although I had mixed feelings about this Wendy's in the past, I now have a newfound love for it because of the great staff who seem dedicated to serving customers well. When my wallet was stolen, a staff member found it hidden in the restroom and went out of their way to return it to me, despite not having my contact information. The supervisor, Bobbi, even sent someone to bring my wallet back to me. I am grateful for their exceptional service and it was refreshing to feel that the staff are trustworthy, friendly, and prioritize customer care. Thank you!

This franchise is the best fast food burger chain with consistent menus and decor. One advantage is that they have familiar menu items with similar prices across different cities and states. There are no surprises here, just a consistent selection of burgers with uniform pricing and taste. My favorite is the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, chili, and a frosty.
