Vegan Junk Food - Portland

The burger I had was so good that I always asked: “Are you sure that this is vegan?” probably one of the best burgers I ever had. it is a little expensive, but it makes it with a little bit size and taste. the atmosphere is like a modern dinner of the 1950s. can not wait to go back.

Cheeky menu with vegan versions of all the fast food familiars. Fun little space. Be warned, the food sits heavy on the belly ! (It is junk food after all

Burger was excellent, the cheese sauce for the fries was fantastic

I ordered the BBQ Smash Burger with fries. (The menu does not mention that the Bread items come with a side It was pretty good, but definitely not worth $15, especially because it was not homemade. Also, there was not enough of the toppings. I like Beyond burgers, but I can buy them (and the other ingredients) at the grocery store, so here you're just paying for someone else to cook it. The menu does mention homemade sauces, but it appears all of the meats and cheeses (excluding cheese sauce) are purchased. I prefer fries that are thin and crispy, but they were okay for being somewhat thick and soft. We ordered take-out, but I like the diner space. However, I was disappointed to see food for customers dining in was all served in disposables (cups, baskets, utensils, etc It's possible this is only during the pandemic, but there was a trash can in the dining area (like you would see in chain fast food restaurants), so I doubt it. I was excited for an all-vegan restaurant to open near my house, but I probably won't return unless they offer more homemade options and reusable dishes.
