Taqueria La Fuente - Portland

I love this place for so many reasons. The food is great. The service is quick and friendly and the prices are really good. The interior fascinates me because while it wouldn't normally appeal to me, it somehow does. Go figure. The front wall is brick and covered in paint of light olive green and mustard yellow. The booths are solid and sturdy giving credit to the longevity of this restaurant (20+years. La Fuentes is rarely crowded which makes for guaranteed seating.

Excellent cheese enchilada and shrimp. Fajitas. Definitely recommend!

The mexican food is so tasty and I found the chilaquiles plate exquisite. This restaurant offer a spot for hang up with your friends or family and the staff are very friendly!

Picked up an original burrito for takeout along with chips and salsa. The burrito was huge and delicious. The hot sauce was great as well. Love the salsa that came with the chips. Can?t wait to go back and dine-in. Super friendly staff.

That should be a 3.5 stars. Tons of food on the plates. Hand made tortillas. Good selection of drinks in different sizes. Salsa was good. Place was clean. Service was friendly. It wasn't cheap. I'd say it's on the pricer side. We will try it again just to make sure we got the right review for this place.
