Summit Shack - Portland

A friend and I went on a year-round trip to try friends chicken sandwiches around pdx. seriously, this is the best fried chicken sandwich in portland. I can't overestimate how good this place is! they also began to make jojos that are incredible. please do you like one and go to summit shack.

I have had the chicken Parmesan sandwich twice now and love it, just wish they were closer to my house as I would eat it way more often. It is soooo good. It has the right mixture of flavors, good breading, fresh basil, good cheese and flavorful sauce. The bread is also perfect, soft but holds up to a wet sandwich. The pod is high end with indoor seating that is huge with a high ceiling and large clean bathrooms.

The chicken sandwich sooooo good, so juicy and perfect level of crisp. Didn’t lovvvve the Mac and cheese, but overall this place was so so so good. Devoured that chicken sandwhich in 5 seconds

Honestly, the best spicy chicken sandwich and fried pickles in my life. These guys make their own everything, even breadcrumbs, and they are very good at it.

So delicious! The chicken parm is amazing! One of the best I ever had. Mac n cheese to die for! Great service too! Can't wait to go back again!
