Bidrage med feedbackThis is probably my favorite and what I consider to be the best German place in portland. it's all very good. if they want to have a strange authentic drink, then order some of the same . it is yeast and coke together. an adult root beer swims. the whole well-maintained vegetables were sour and crisp.
I wanted to try a good German restaurant. all my expectations blown out of the water. we want to make it a goal to try everything on the menu. the staff was 10/10 super nice, helpful in the choice between different behave or bratwurst. I can't wait to come back, honestly was so happy we were out here tonight. did not picture everything we have because it was too good to think about the documentation! a very pleasant experience. the restaurant has large windows that they can open and it is very airy. they can get an occasional hit of zigarettes, but nothing to ruin my mood. good atmosphere everywhere. I can't wait to return.
This is a great German restaurant with good and personal. I had the rabbit and it was delicious, falling from the bone tender. my man had the sausage with sourded herb. the sour wort was the best we ever had. beautiful selection of cocktails and beer. the staff was friendly and helpful. parking is street parking in a neighborhood setting. we will be back
Really nice. this German food was not difficult at all; Rather, the beet salad was light and refreshing in a warm night. schnitzel was well balanced by the sides. they get their own homework. it bites back!
Great German food in SE Portland. One of the few place I give 5 stars. The wienerschnitzel is moist inside and fried just right on the outside with good breading (doesn't taste like it came from a box like so many places). The pork knuckle is very rich and Smoky and juicy. The beer selection is good and goes best with their wonderful pretzel
