Kay's And Grill - Portland

Very cute place. The food was good but average. Also, our waitress was sweet and helpful, she couldn’t get our orders right. It was all still good tho, would go back!

This place was great. A dank old locals only kinda bar. Dive y enough that it should be crawling with hipsters... but it wasn't. Bartender looked like he could handle some stuff, if needed, and had a sense of humor that only a long tenured bar man could have. Good cheap beer. Bravo. Feel guilty leaving this review lest too many people find out!

Laid-back bar with good food, good drinks, and good happy hour specials. Where else in Portland can you get a $5 smash burger these days? Get the burger, get the nachos, drink one of the many Moscow mules.

Awesome old school place. Great chill atmosphere. Only thing it's missing is that old cigarette smoke smell. We had nachos so can't speak for rest of food (yet). Our service was top notch.

Kay’s bar is amazing. I am giving high praises for this bar because of excellent and friendly service. came in last night and got a double classic burger, and it was amazing. I got to see the owner, and he was happy to see me as I came in. we talked along the way, as I waited for my food. but first, had a Pepsi to drink, as I waited. then, my masterpiece, arrived. then, as I got my burger off the plate, I got to take the first bite, and enjoyed the nice fresh, and juicy flavors. then, as I sat my burger down, I ran into a funny problem. if you are a blind, Sellwood local, like I am, please be aware, that the tables outside, are very narrow, So be carefull, as you sit your cup down. this is a funny story that is going in this review. as I sat the hamburger down, right off the bat, my hand, accidentally bumps the full cup of Pepsi. It tips over, And right off the bat, I end up wearing my entire cup of Pepsi on my pants. But no problem, got a new Pepsi, and this time my little fingers, did not bump it this time. I also enjoyed my fries, along with the burger. All in all, If you are looking for that awesome bar and restaurant, Kays is your Ultimate place. update, came into Kay’s today, with a friend, and she had the salad, and I also had the double classic burger, and both her salad, and my burger, or amazing. All in all, if you are a local, Kay’s bar, is your ultimate destination.
