Bill Miller -b-q - Portland

The Combo meal is delicious and I love the fresh coleslaw, the sweet tea is fresh and refreshing.

Was excited to try a new barbecue place and this place failed horribly. The sides were okay. The chicken was dry and chewy. The chopped beef brisket looked like a bowl of chili, grease and all. The sliced brisket had smoke flavors but the sauce was so very underwhelming, no tang, spice or anything to write home about. The marinated onions again were okay. I will not order from here again nor will I eat there in person. If you are hoping for good, authentic Texas barbecue, this isnt it.

They messed up two of our drinks. Asked for sweet tea and lemonade and got unsweet tea and no lemonade. They also messed up one of the kid combos.

Brisket is flavorless, sausage is really greasy, pinto beans are bland, green beans are gross. The bread roll was soft and delicious. This is the 2nd time Ive been disappointed with Bill Miller and I wont be back. :

I used to not like Bill Millers, but they have changed a lot. Finally love their sauce and actual BBQ smoked flavors.
