Afuri Ramen Dumpling - Portland

We stopped here because we needed something warm. we enjoyed everything we ordered here. the smokers were good and delicious. I like my ram to have a kick with spices so I ordered the dancing men. I asked for extra spicy oil for extra spice. it was good and the noodles were great. we also had the tonnkatsu, which was also good, but less tasteful than the first safe. the crispy gyoza were good and we really enjoyed the sauce with which it is crispy. the fried chicken bunker was probably our favorite, as he had a deaf fresh with the gurke that is inside. beautiful and friendly staff. it is modern inside and they have a tech forward folder. drink everything very refreshing, although my favorite was her non-alcoholic drinks especially the ginger-ale!

Eating here is fantastic. Sure, the order style is different, but nothing complicated. I actually liked how we take our time on the screen and decide what to order without printing, and that we could check our order first. we always get too much food, but this time it worked. the quality and the options are great. her ramenbreast is excellent, and her smaller teller and appetizers are also amazing. the spicy steamed dumplings were an explosion of aromen. the only thing I would change is to make comments at the order. they can only add or remove options, so if they want something on the side, it is not possible to select.

The best boobs rambling around. so complex and contemplative. knödel were totally crazy and delicate. a totally sensory and immersive experience that we could see directly from the hotel window. so happy!

Everything was delicious! I had trembling, a pig dog, and the Yuzu Limadade. my partner had a bowl and two kinds of knödeln. highly recommended if they love Japanese food. it's expensive, but a fun place for a date night!

Not sure how thier rating isn't higher. My guess is during rush people get impatient. The rum drink is one of the most refreshing liquor drinks I've ever had. And the ramen, oh the ramen. Got the tonkatsu, so damn good, and the buns are amazing. Always going to come back.
