Natural.mente - Portimão

Lovely cafe with a fully vegetarian and vegan menu. Nice decor. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Had lunch at Natural.mente whilst visiting the east side of Praia de rocha beach, tucked away on a side street just off the main road this place is not quite where Google maps thinks it is but is literally a few paces away! (Look for the hand made jewellery shop next door) The menu here is all natural healthy Vegan or Vegetarian food, and is well priced too. I chose banana and peanut butter toast on home made bread, and then had Brownie with ice cream for dessert which was honestly one of the best I have ever tasted anywhere. The portions are on the small side but the flavour is so good I wouldn’t have wanted more, it was a great lunch. We hope to return to try their Açai bowls which sounded delicious. Recommend anyone visiting Praia de rocha and looking for quality vegan or veg lunch options to find this place, a walk from the other end of the beach wouldn’t take long and you won’t regret it!

Loved it everytime! Friendly staff and cozy environment. Perfect for those who don't like fatty or industrialized waste.
