Bidrage med feedbackLack of communication. Front office do not return calls and I have shades in my unit that I’ve been complaining about for over 2 yrs that needs to be replaced and up to now it’s never been replaced. For the price they charging now for rent, it’s not worth it in my opinion.
I’ll give them a 3 because of lack of communication. I really like the idea and concept behind the reconstruction of a mill to lofts very cool. Their online website is very easy to navigate and you have get a good feel of what the lofts and floor plans looks like. The online application is also very user friendly. HOWEVER, they don’t communicate well at all. I called after finding their property online because I was very interested in the lofts. I had questions regarding application process/ making a visit the guy on the phone, Chris is very amiable and answered all my questions I had. I went and filled out the online application waited to hear back nothing… SO… I email and was told via email that they wouldn’t have any units available until September/October well that was fine with me because as I told him initially that’s the window of time I was selling my home all this happened in June/July. He even asked if I wanted to be on the waitlist SURE I said. No correspondence at all. No tour and yes, I asked but was told to call back schedule which I did, nobody answered. When I was able to get a hold of someone in August I was told I was still on the waitlist. I emailed back and I’m going to assume there aren’t any available units…. Communication is key in these type of situations if they KNEW they had no units simply say we aren’t taking applications at this time. But taking $275 application fee knowing no units will be available this year at this time is just bad business. All I can say is don’t apply here. Save your money and find a place that is move in ready because they don’t have any units as of now. I hope this helps anyone who was interested save their coin. My rating is based off the quality of the property and friendliness of staff not SOLELY communication hence my 3 stars and not 1 star. If it was solely off communication they would’ve received a 1.
These lofts look beautiful from the pictures. unfortunately getting in contact with someone is nearly impossible. i am looking to rent but have had no returned call or correspondence for days.
Excellent front office staff and maintenance! Yellow river direct access via stairs. Grills and a deck. Covered parking deck and a cool clean pool!
I have stayed here for around a year and this place is beautiful!! The staff are always greeting me nicely with a smile. Their maintenance is prompt and friendly. They say things like welcome home , which has felt so wonderful on long days at work. Chris is wonderful! Staff are awesome! They have fun community activities and sooo much stuff. Chris has been helpful with so much. Even one time I locked myself out (during the hot summer) and they were there so quick to help me get in.. and sooo nice. I love the water! The sound, the scenery and everything! This place is a blessing. I feel blessed to wake up and walk through tranquility outside or in. The is the best residence in between from Fulton to Newton.
