Little Caesars Pizza - Porter

Ordered a pick-up 4 hours before the hand and when I came to the store to pick it up, they said there were problems with the website and that there were 6 people before me and the waiting time would be 30-40 minutes. I told them I ordered this 4 hours ago, but the women in the cash register weren't. I asked for a refund and she said as I had ordered it on the website I had to be refunded on the website. Where the hell is there a refund card? I will deny this charge with my bank and not order Lil Caesar again? I thought I'd try because I haven't got it for two years because of this exact same question. Guess it's the same in every place. Highly do not recommend this franchise location.

I was told 30 minutes for a hot and ready pizza on Wednesday night. No customers in line. Lazy and rude staff. 11/16 at 8 p.m.

Very bad service, you order a pizza with meat and they give you 3 or 4 pieces of meat, they have no good customer service. You really need to look at the Cercicio at these pizzerias.

Extremely thin pizza without sauce and too much crust. Simply go down and get dominos for the same price.

I've always came and never had a problem, I only checked the top pizza with jalapeños I ordered. The light sauce cheese pizza I ordered were burnt. Literally tasting like burnt and so hard to chew. No one ate it and it was two boxes.
