Mary Ada's - Portageville

Small restaurant in old town vibes. Nice portions and the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and the Friday catfish dinner is wonderful! Large crispy fish and everything is made to order served fresh and hot! Reasonably priced.Only downside, no Coke products, only Pepsi.

I'm from Ohio here on a job assignment. Was thankful to find a restaurant open on Easter Sunday. We didn't have reservations but the staff was so accommodating to seat us. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the fried chicken. Thank you Mary Ada's, will definitely be back.

Wonderful little place. The buffet is beautiful and very good. The fried chicken is some of the best I've ever had. Super friendly staff as well. The price is most certainly right.

First time here. Heard they had some good food and a HOT chicken wing challenge, tried them both today. The wings were definitely VERY HOT and buffet was fabulously delish. Friday is catfish on the buffet. I had the fries, onion rings, ham and beans as well as the coleslaw and the catfish. I had a few plates and enjoyed it all. The place is decorated very nicely for the Christmas spirit and the staff if very hospitable. tables, floors and bathrooms were all clean as a whistle. I'll give them a 10 out of 10!!!! Can't wait to come back to eat some more!!!
