Biggby Coffee - Portage

The past several times I've tried to stop at this location, they're closed. They have temporary hours posted, and there's a small sign in the drive through menu that states they're closed. Today, there was at least one employee inside, but when I pulled up I saw that they're closed.

I visited this biggby on south westnedge in portage mi on veterans day 2022. I was treated with so much respect honor. Thank you for supporting veterans! They even gave my son, who is not a veteran a free coffee, plus a coupon for me to get a specialty drink. I believe it may have been the owner of this franchise, so he would have had that authority to make that decision. Just wanted to let you know, you made my day I'm very appreciative of what you did. It may have been just a coffee, but it is those little things that mean more!! Thank you again for your support!! Your kindness did not go unnoticed!! Highly recommend this location!!

Very friendly. Coffee is always amazing! Asiago bagels with cream cheese are delicious!

This is the slowest coffee place I’ve ever been to. 20+ min for 4 cars to get through line. Will probably try Waterstreet instead next time

Very rude and slow customer service. Only two people working. Kept walking back and forth behind counter and didn't even say anything like, I'll be right with you. Drink wasn't even good. Never returning
