The Big Burger Shack - PORT WAKEFIELD

These are the best chicken burgers we've ever had!!!! They are huge and delicious. This will definitely be our go-to spot whenever we pass through this area. Thank you!

Best burger ever. I drive from Adelaide just for one of those delicious burgers. That's a 200km round trip.

We stopped at this restaurant for some tea on our way home after driving for over an hour. Three of us ordered the clogger burger, while one of us got a quarter chicken with chips. We also ordered extra chips on the side. The burgers were amazing and we all enjoyed them ($10 each). The chips were perfect and were priced at $7. I don't remember the cost of the chicken, but it was a good old-fashioned roast chicken. It took a while to cook, but the wait was definitely worth it. We were so full afterwards that we didn't buy any other snacks for the rest of our trip. I won't be buying anything from a roadside restaurant in Wakefield again. Next time, I'll call ahead to place my order.

This place was in the rule a good sign, except that there are no other places near open. that said the fish and chips we got (they were made of frying chicken and there was a backlog on the burgers) was perfect enough,...and quite affordable.
